Just wondering if we should pass on 7DMT to prevent back injury/soreness for my folks. They don't ride Dinosaur or Space Mt. (and probably more) due to the jerkiness. I know it's a tame ride, but do those with back issues avoid it? Thanks for your time!

It's a much smoother ride than Big Thunder which is the most similar ride to compare it to.

We are here now and just rode it yesterday. There is no jerkiness to it whatsoever. It's as smooth of a "roller coaster" as I have ever been on. No worries. :goodvibes

It is so smooth that the cars do not make noise on the track. Seriously find a spot to watch and listen for a while - it's rather creepy... Hope your folks enjoy. I've just recommended it to my parents, ages 80 and 84 for their upcoming trip. They ride soarin but haven't done Splash Mtn or similar in over 10 years. I will let you know if they disown me.

Very smooth and easy

We found it very smooth and pleasant, too, especially compared to BTMRR as a previous poster said.

The ride is incredibly smooth, but there is one jerking motion just as the train enters the lift hill and catches on the chain. My child kept getting jerked forward then back, hitting his head on the headrest.

Very smooth and awesome ride, just the worst leg room of any ride In the park. Talk about idiots that designed it! Otherwise awesome
