7DMT FP+ Adjusted?

I had a FP+ for 6:05-7:00pm the week after Thanskgiving and I just got an email that it has been adjusted. It is not at 1:30pm and for a completely different ride.

I don't see anything about 7DMT being refurbished...so why are they doing this?

I am a bit STEAMED!

If it was on a party day at MK, then it's because Disney has been cutting off FP+ reservations on party nights at 6:30 p.m. to get non-party guests out faster.

We just got affected by that as well for HM on our party night. It would be much more helpful for Disney just to pull those fast pass windows before the 60 day reservation window opens. Grr.

I agree...they should have pulled before 60 day window...They already knew it was a party night!

That's insane. They also could just shorten the dang window to 6-6:30 and I'd be happier than losing it all together. It is unavailable any other time that day. I'll call to complain but not sure what it will do...

I'm curious, OP. When did you make that FP? I remember a rash of these issues a while back with Halloween party FPs, but did they really keep allowing it for MVMCP only to have to pull those back as well?

Call!! They did the exact same thing to us for mnsshp. I called as soon as I got the email, and after a lengthy wait, they gave us a FP for SDMT good for any time on that day.

September 28th was the day I booked this Fast Pass.

I called and was on hold too long for my patience so I emailed Guest Relations. Irony is I am attending the party that evening so my fast from 6:05pm-7:00pm seems 100% fine to me. I will let all know what they say and hopefully they will do the right thing versus inconveniencing guest unnecessarily.

same thing happened to me! We are attending MVMCP on Nov 29. I made the FP+ on Sept 27. Let me know what you find out because I am steamed too! This is our only day to make FP at MK because we are on a short trip!

Our res was changed to Splash Mtn. I called and two CMs said that 7 Dwarves was not showing as operating that day.

Our SDMT was cancelled for the 29th as well. We were given a 2:30 SM. We are only doing that party that day though so will not be in the parks earlier. Im sure it's the time slot. I think ours started at 5:50. I can't arrange my other 2 to accommodate 3 FP's as I would lose Pirates as well due to not other availability when I would need it. ( starting 3:15 - to 3:30) . So frustrating.

They cancelled 7DMT at 550 for me and my brother (replaced with 525 Splash Mountain). They also cancelled PP at 545 for DH and my mom (replaced with 130 IASW). It has to be the time slot.

It's anything that runs past 6:30 that gets cancelled. At least that's what the cm told me when I called to complain. Mine that got cancelled bc of MNSSHP was 5:35-6:35... apparently that 5 minutes is what did me in! What I find unacceptable, is that this was clearly a problem months ago, so why is it still happening for mvmcp? Why are they offering FP that run past 6:30 in the first place?
