7dmt closure??

I have a FP booked for the 7DMT on October 29th and just received an email that it won't be open that day, anybody know why or for how long??

Saturday, October 29th does not have a party. We are going to MK day that day and have a 7DMT FP+ for the morning. It has not been cancelled for us. We have received no email and it is still listed on our MDE.

I hope the email you received was just an error and not indicative of it going down :/. I'm still not over the sudden two week refurb of Rock'n' Roller Coaster during our vacation or the confirmed closure of the shark reef at Typhoon.

FP+ looked messed up today.. I went to grab some stuff for tonight and they were handing out fastpasses well after the park close time... I wonder if someone just noticed and adjusted and it won't be open as late that night..

OP: exactly what time was your AP? they have been closing earlier than 1 would expect this weekend and maybe that trend is going to continue.

Following along, this is our MK day as well. Didn't book FP for it because one member of our party isn't a huge fan of it and I was hoping to get to it at some point on my own! I agree with PP about the coasters going on strike. If this is true, it's yet ANOTHER thing that will be closed during our trip. Several of these changes have been relatively last-minute (within the 60 day FP window), and if this is the new normal when it comes to visiting WDW, I might have to take a nice long break - the frustration about a vacation is crazy!

Pardon my super-delayed response. Our fast pass for that day is scheduled for 9:25pm and is still appearing in our MDE account. Likely won't find out whether or not its valid until I scan at the entrance of the ride....
