Does anyone know about freezing beef summer sausage? I am wondering how good it tastes after it comes out and how long it can be frozen for? I think I will end up with too much beef stick, and will need a break! I love the hot mustard to dip it in tho!

I have two of the large beef sticks in my freezer right now. I also bought one after Christmas last year (clearance) and had it in the freezer for several months. I thought it tasted just as good as the "fresh" ones do. Just make sure to thaw it in the fridge rather than heating it to thaw.

Great, now I'm hungry for beef stick cooked in the sweet & sour/mustard sauce...

they don't actually. the total you pay is at the top and the bottom just totals what you ordered. I ordered stuff for my sister just after 5pm using the 15% additional code no issue.

I was going to say this same thing-- mine had two totals. One without the discount, at the bottom.. and one with the discount, at the top.

The one at the top is what was actually charged!

Aww, don't be jealous!! I'm shocked it shipped that fast. My tracking numbers don't work, though, so I'm thinking they're boxed and waiting to go but not actually in the hands of UPS. It would be super great if they got here soon (Like Saturday, dare I hope?) Because we'll be working on the new house this weekend and we're finding out what we're having Saturday so I foresee a bit of a par-tay!!

Mine did take the 15% off as near as I can figure. The original total was $32.20 w/ shipping and tax. It took of $3 (15% of $20- the cost of the items) for a total of $29.20. I haven't checked my card to see what was charged, but that is still my total when I look up my order on the website.

I finally called customer service (shows on the bottom of the order screen, the whole way through. I'm on hold now, while the rep gets help from a supervisor to solve this. He says he got several calls like this yesterday, too. HTH someone

UPDATE: I was told to complete the order, get the conf #, and call a different cust serv #. I But then I was warned that because of the 75% off, I might not get the $10 credited back. I called the new phone #, the rep looked up my purchase. I WAS discounted $10. My confirmation shows I paid $65.99 after shipping charge. When she looked it up, my cc was only charged $55.99. So at least I didn't have to fight!

Help... my order just arrived! Each and every one of the boxes says to refrigerate right away. I didn't realize that they all neede to be refrigerated? I could swear that I see these on shelves in stores? Anybody have any insight here? I am swamped and a bit panicked. I ordered three block party boxes, one petite fours, two cheese crock combos, a pear box, a dreid fruit collection, two hams -which I obviously knew had to be frozen or refrigerated. I am really hoping that these stickers all over every box are just precaution. Anybody got any info? Help....
