72 points to rent

I have 72 points to rent. Or I would be willing to trade for 72 points which can be used after Dec. 1, 05. I banked these points last year and they are due to expire on Nov. 30. I'm not sure if I can transfer these to another DVC member, but if possible, I would be willing to do that.
