I have a total of 72 points available for rent. Our home is Hilton Head Island with an October use year.
These points have been banked and therefore are not transferable.
Cost of the points are $10 per point.
Terms are as follows:
1. Contact me (email to KCRETE1@aol.com), use DVC in the subject title with a range of dates and resorts. I can reserve 11 months in advance for Hilton Head and 7 months in advance for all others. I will confirm availability via email or phone.
2. Once we have confirmed that you want the reservations, I will reserve in your name. I will need your name, address, number of adults and children in your party and room preferences (smoking/location). Room preferences are a suggestion to DVC and I can't guarantee what you will get. You can confirm the reservation by phone if you wish.
3. If the reservation is sooner than 90 days out, payment in full is required. If the reservation is later than 90 days out, a deposit of 50% is required. This deposit is non-refundable.
4. Upon receipt of the deposit (or full payment as described above), I will send you a copy of the orginial reservation letter.
5. The remaining payment, if needed, is required 90 days before the reservation. If payment is not received 70 days before the reservation, I will cancel the reservation and keep the deposit.
6. Once final payment is received, I will send the original reservation letter to you.
If you have a change of plans, I will be more than happy to change the reservations for you.
