I am an experienced renter with a positive rental history on this board.
Points can be booked (as of today) with check in date as far out as 09/13/2024 at Saratoga. All other resorts can be booked on a “7-month out” basis. As of today, I can book resorts other than Saratoga with a check in date as far out as 05/13/2024.

I accept PayPal, Venmo and Zelle. 100% payment is required within 2 business days of receiving a DVC confirmation number.

The only studio I could find is at Grand Floridian (it's a theme park view) for 29 points.

Sorry - transferring requires us both to be on the phone to member services and I have very limited time during the day to make phone calls. Renting is much more convenient (and doable) for me.
