70 Degrees..Warm or Cold???

Ok, I was thinking about this today and I don't get it. We live in SE Florida now. It's about 80-85 outside right now. I like to keep the AC at 75 or so but DH likes it down around 70. We moved from IL were we would keep the heat at 68.

My question is why am I freezing when the AC is down to 70 but I am comfortable when the heat is up to 68? I wear the same clothes. Jeans or khakis, long sleeve button down and slippers, but I am freezing when he drops it to 70. I don't get it...

70 is WAY TOO COLD for me! Upstairs in the break room at work yesterday, I was just comfortable, wearing TWO sweaters, and I noticed that the temperature was 77.

I'm very anemic...I need it at least 80 before I can walk around without layers. I never put on the AC this summer and it got close to 100!

I don't know but in the summer if the ac is at 70 I am in shorts/t-shirt so it is a bit cool for me. In the winter with the heat at 68 I am in jeans, turtleneck and sweater so that is about right unless I am cleaning and moving around a lot then it is too warm.

70 would feel nice an warm right now, I would have shorts/t-shirt on outside but it is 25 and there is ICE in our pond
