70 degrees too cold for water park day?

I find myself in this spot now, I want to do VB a little later this month. Weather looks to be 70 for now. I’d usually wear jeans into the parks at 70, I’m from CA lol. Have my warm weather folks regreted trying water parks when it’s 70? Or were happy they did?
