It is 7 years ago today since the horrific events at Dunblane Primary School. Please take a moment to remember the innocent children and their teacher who lost their lives and those who were injured.

That was absolutely tragic. Those poor little mites.
It doesn't seem like 7 years ago. They would all be in secondry school now.
It doesn't bear thinking about what the surviving children have gone through, and still go through. I bet they'll have nightmares for the rest of their lives :(

Has it been that long? I remember thinking, "Things like that only happen here in the States." :( I'm afraid there can't be anything worse than losing a child.

........ my heart goes out to the bereaved families and friends and the injured children.

This was the most evil abhorrent act against innocents and I don't think any of us will ever forget. In the aftermath, our local schools changed a great deal as I'm sure many did up and down Britain. Security locks and fences and gates where once people could walk freely, but that awful feeling that in fact our children
(and their teachers) were vulnerable in places we had previously felt were safe havens affected us all.

Oh how sad......I cant believe it has been seven years, those poor children and their families.

I will certainly keep them all in my thoughts - thanks for the reminder.

I can't beleive it's seven years. My son was about the same age when it happened, he's at secondary school now.

I've gone all cold and shivery just reading this post. Thanks for the reminder, those children, their teacher and their families will be in my prayers.

It was a truly horrible and sad day.

I can't believe its been seven years either.I remeber exactly where I was when I heard the terrible news of the tragedy.

Thanks for reminding us.

Just thinking of them, their parents and the teacher's loved ones.

So very sad!
