Hi everyone! I am leaving for WDW in 7 weeks from today!
I am really set on losing 10lbs before i go.. is this doable?? I was doing good a couple months ago, and dropped 15lbs, I went from 205 lbs, down to my now 190lbs.
I would love to make it to 180lbs before i go.. and then we cruise in December right after Christmas, and by then, i would love to be down to 170lbs. That is exactly 3 months from today (see my tickers!! LOL)
I am going to be doing my treadmill everyday - i just started with 25 min right now.. and i will build from there. I really really really want to tone up my arms -- that is my source of
for me. LOL (well, other than the upper leg area..
)
I really want to know some great exercises i can do with lower weights to get my upper body in shape..
Right now, i am just looking for that push.. i have fallen off my wagon that i was going so well on..
And now, i need to get back on.
