7 people, how much to tip driver?

Usually I just travel by myself or with one of my 2 children and I have always tipped 20%
This trip coming up there will be 7 of us, 6 adults and 1 child, so that is quite a bit of luggage. We are using a town car company, but travelling in a van. Do you tip per bag plus the percentage, or will 20% be adequate?

I'd tip 20% and add $5-10 extra each way for the extra luggage.
