7-night Western - kayak adventure for newbies

We have some in our party who would like to try kayaking for the first time.

Any good opportunities on the 7 night Western Caribbean?

On our honeymoon in '04, we did the Kayak Eco tour at CC and it was a lot of fun. I have never kayaked and my husband kept telling me to stop rowing so fast since he was trying to keep up with me and I was trying to keep up with him. I think the deepest water we were in was 3 or 4 feet deep so I knew if we did tip over it would be ok.

We did the morning, so we had all afternoon on the adult beach. Awesome.
