7 month window BC or BW in early March

Just wondering any experiences (luck) with booking either BWV or BCV for the first or second week in March at the 7 month window??? We've tried all the other DVC resorts and were hoping to try BCV!! It'd be for a 1 bedroom.
Any input appreciated!

From what I've learned on the boards, studios and 2BRs book up quicker than 1BRs so you'll have that going for you. March or April can be a mad house depending on when Easter is. If you're talking 2009 Easter is in April - so you've got that going for you as well. However, you've also got school vacations going on throughout the country so I think March and April can get pretty busy in general. We've never visited in early March so I can't give you any actual observations. If you already have a reservation booked at your home resort it never hurts to go for it and try to switch. BCV is one of the smallest DVC resorts - you may have better luck with BWV. Good luck!

Not sure if this holds any water today but 2 years ago we were able to make a BWV 1 bedroom reservation in late January for a March stay. It was a last minute decision to go in March because friends were going to be there. I was surprised that there was availability, being that March and April has both college and regular school vacations. But it is a crap shoot and at 7 months you may get lucky.......good luck!

Thanks for the replies. I'm thinking first week might be better, to stay as far away as possible from when Spring Breaks will start. I'd love BCV, just because my kids now are 7,8,9... and I think they'd love Stormalong Bay (hoping the weather will cooperate)!!
