OK, after posting this (on accident) at the restraunt forum, I'm reposting on the one where I expect it will get better answer! LOL!
I'm starting the "7 more months til Disney" chant and so had to come check out the disboards to start my planning! There are 7 of us going this year again. Me, dh, our 3 kids and my parents. Last year we took advantage of that really super Florida resident's special at ASMu at $49 a night! We got 2 rooms and it worked well although a little crowded. We were thinking of "moving on up" to possibly 2 rooms at POR but wondered if anyone had a better idea. We aren't opposed to doing 2 rooms at an AS again (oldest dd wants ASMo - Love Bug, youngest wants ASMo - Fantasia LOL!) We have AP's and DC and Florida residents, so lots of $$ saving options.
My big question was about Ft. Wilderness Cabins. Do they only sleep 6? We need to be able to sleep 7. We don't want to spend over $200 a night combined and know that we can get POR rooms for around $89 a night and AS rooms from $59-$69 a night. Is there anywhere else we could stay for $200 a night for all 7 of us on property (we are enamoured with the resorts, so don't even suggest an off-site place!) LOL!!
