Reading that really makes me shiver. Ever since Vtech these things have really gotten to me.

They say it's the 4th US school shooting this week. What the hell is this world coming to?

ugh, thats terrible.. i really dont know why school shootings are occuring soo regularly now.. the shooter wasnt even a student there right? what business did he have with that particular school/class?

It makes me shiver too Jenny. It's scary. There's been so many school shootings since Virginia Tech.
And one of the things I find frustrating, is that the gunman always kills himself after. It's not that I think he deserves to be alive, but it would be nice if he could be put under some evaluation to see why he did it. Instead of just speculation from what other people know.

I live in IL, so that's really pretty scary.

I'm just lucky I don't know anyone that goes to NIU. But they could have been at any of the other local universities where I know someone...

It puts things in perspective when it's close to home.
