I know exactly what you mean. My bags are packed and I'm ready for Wednesday to get here. I've got 1.5 days of work 
and then we go to the park/ride hotel for the night before. And then we're off! 
Now I'm not one to get overly excited as I tend to focus on each day; Hubby on the other hand as been packed since January and has the countdown posted on the refrigerator! 
I think they call it OBSESSION
