7 Days to 10 Year Anniv trip w/o kids!

Whoo hoo! Only one week left until our 10 year anniversary trip! We are going to do a few things different since we won't have the kids. We're going on the Keys to the Kingdom Tour and the FW Segway Tour! Can't wait for some R&R at SSR! I've never been on a Segway before, I won't fall off will I?

You have to do a full trip report, because we are doing the same trip in Sept-Oct. Can you post pics too???
We may have a couple from down the block go at the same time as us and the are Dinsey nuts too. The KTTK and the Segway tour at Epcot is on our agenda as well.
Food & Wine here we come.
We are staying at the BCV for 5 nights.
No one feels too bad for our kids being left home, we will all be back for Thanksgiving, 5 nights at the VWL followed by 6 nights at the BCV.

Well...I for one can't promise you that you won't "fall off." I did! Thankfully, it was during the practice, and like everything else, it's best if you just get right back up and keep trying. The FW Segway tour was a wonderful experience, the guides were great and it was an exciting experience.

We did our 15th anniversary last August at BWV, it was AWESOME! The kids were so mad we left them home .

You will fall off the segway if you hotrod around on it. I got too cocky and flew around the corner in China and drove the Segway into the wall, jumping off just before it hit. It went over the wall and fell into the bushes.

The Castmember was like, I think it's dead! It had an unhappy face on the lcd screen for a few minutes before it came back to life and off we went.

DH was laughing at me and I'm like, I drive a minivan all day long, this is my chance to go nuts! Evidently not..

We celebrated our 22nd wedding anniversary in Disney World last year. We also went without our kids and went on the FW Segway tour. It was so much fun. They have very good instruction and the segway's are easy to control. I only had trouble one time. I got caught up watching the geyser at the Wilderness Lodge instead of watching where I was going. I went through a little sandy spot and my segway didn't really like it much, but I didn't fall off. Everything else was fantastic. Have a fantastic time!

We just celebrated our 8th anniversary with a long weekend at WDW earlier this month! We also left the kiddos at home and though we missed them terribly, dear Lord it was WONDERFUL!!! I never knew that Disney could be so relaxing!!!! I hope you have a wonderful time and a very happy anniversary!
