My family is going to US/IOA next week and we have put off getting park tickets because every other year we were able to just order them online and use a AAA discount. We will be staying at HRH and will be at the parks for 5 days. When I looked online to buy tickets, it seems that every place only offers up to 4 day tickets. Is there any place we can purchase 7 day 2-park tickets? I think this is what we usually purchase.

The seven day tickets were eliminated so your only option would be to check with Undercover Tourist or Costco to see if there are any left...but I doubt it.

7 days for $99 looks like an absolute bargain now -- hard to believe that was only last year.

There is the 14 day 3 park ticket available for $174.99 that gives you 14 days park hopping between USF, IOA and Wet 'n Wild.

3 Park Unlimited

The 3-Park Unlimited Ticket entitles one (1) guest admission to BOTH Universal Studios Florida® AND Islands of Adventure® on the same day for the duration of the base ticket. Ticket is valid for any fourteen (14) calendar days during a fourteen (14) consecutive calendar day period which includes the first day any portion of the ticket is used. This ticket also includes fourteen (14) consecutive calendar days of admission to the paid entertainment venues of Universal CityWalk® which commences and includes the first day any portion of the ticket is used. The Wet 'n Wild® option entitles one (1) guest admission to Wet 'n Wild for the duration of the Universal Orlando portion of the ticket.

The above Admission Media is non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be used by the same person on all days.

What about the 3 park unlimited (good of 14 days) at 174.99 available at http://www.universalorlando.com/Tickets/tickets_2.aspx?ComponentId=11423&SourcePageId=7805#27. I know you only want 2 parks but this seems like the best deal for more than 4 days at 2 parks.

No need to get upset. This is a discussion forum. The question is already answered, what's the harm in discussing further?

There was also the free seven-day ticket they gave out in 2009 as part of the Super Bowl promo.

That was awesome!

:thumbsup2

The Kroeger $89 for 7 days was also pretty sweet.

I've still got one of those tucked away.

Can get the same ticket cheaper through Undercover Tourist.

There's also the Orlando Flex Ticket. It's just like the 3 Park ticket, except it also includes Sea World and Aquatica, if any of those are in the OP's plans. Only draw back is you have to use it by the end of the year.

Talk about being Snarky! :rolleyes1 I think if the original poster was upset or got her feelings her she would let someone know. Oh, and BTW I have 5 unused 7 day $99 tickets I am saving up for our next visit :D
To the original poster....The 3 park 14 day ticket sounds like a good deal or if you're not interested in Wet-n-Wild go for the Power Pass, you get discounts throughout the parks and it's only $4 more than the 4 day, 2 park pass. You do have to watch for black out dates but it appears your dates are good !http://www.universalorlando.com/Tickets/Annual_Passholders/2011blockoutdates.aspx

The Power Pass would only be good if they are FL residents.:thumbsup2

it looks like the 14 day ticket package would be the best for the op.

it looks steep but it is a good deal, especially if they could stay in town longer or do the water park on check out day if it works into their schedule.

ot:
i still have tickets from 2005.....$89.
and 2 sets of the 7 day tix

There is no need for rude or sarcastic comments. Please remember that when posting.

Thank you.

At least you offered help and didn't tell the op about deals she could have gotten last year.

Most of the good deals vanished early last year. It was the previous year -- and earlier -- where they had some of the best, the problem is it's hard to use a 7-day pass and some of the other deals they had. Especially before Potter, there wasn't a whole lot to do at the parks beyond two or three days unless you just like to hang (which I do) and enjoy the resorts (which I always want to do, but never get around to).

But yeah, those were some great deals nonetheless. I don't even know how they were able to afford that Super Bowl promo. The ad buy alone cost millions -- giving away the tickets on top of that? Wow.

The disboards encourage friendly discussion. When we are discussing things, we often reminisce about the way things used to be. It keeps things interesting. We leave it up to the moderators to deal with any posts that go against board policy.

Well that is all fine and good and I am happy you were able to cash in on some deals, but it doesn't exactly help anyone looking to buy tickets now.
