7-day no charge hold on room ressie

I called (888) 322-5541 and made a reservation, which they put on a 7-day hold. I have to pay the deposit within 7 days or lose the reservation. However, when I called (800) 837-2273, they do NOT have the same policy. I assume they are two different places, because one closes earlier than the other.

I know that if you book through Loews directly, there is no deposit required. Booking directly throuth the hotel, they you muct pay a one night deposit.
 
I looked on their website, but could not find a phone number for reservations...does anyone have it?

Or do I call the hotel, itself, direct?
