7:45 ferry in tortola

Yes, if you are waiting to get off the ship right at 7:30 and walk really quickly. We made it when we were there, unfortunately, the ferry didn't. We were the 2nd ship to Tortola after the hurricane last year and the ferries were not all up and running yet. We had to wait for the 9:00 ferry.

Docking, or all ashore? If all ashore is not 7:30 or earlier, you may have issues.

The ferries also operate on island time, so there is also that.

Regarding the post above, the person that was not able to make it says they went through the shopping area. We did not. We just followed the shoreline through parking lots, etc. to the ferry terminal and made it there pretty quickly. We did walk very quickly and it was just me and my DD11. There were about 10 other people that made it about the same time as us. If the ferry had actually been there that day, we all would have made it.

The above link, where they didn't make it. She said the one to the right is not the direction you want to go. Would you say you followed the shore line along the left? Is this like a sidewalk or beach type area?

We did a DCL excursion in March and got off the ship fairly quickly after the all ashore time of 7:30. We weren't first in line or anything, nor stragglers though. But we wouldn't have been able to make the 7:45. It left promptly at 7:45. We were thinking of doing an on our own excursion but decided not to just because we had heard that it was difficult to make it. IF you can make it, you definitely beat the crowds to excursion spots, but I would have a back up plan.

Yes, we went to the left. If you look at Google Maps you can see how it is all laid out and where you would need to go. I always look at maps when planning a trip to figure out where things are, how far away they are, and what they look like so I know what I am looking for when I get there.
We were disappointed that the 7:45 ferry was out of commission the day we were there, but it wasn't that big of a deal to wait for the 9:00 either. It would have been nice to have a bit more time before the enormous Disney crowds arrived, but we still completely enjoyed our time at the Baths.
