7/4 FP+ Illuminations vs. FEA

I booked a FP+ for Illuminations for the 4th of July before Frozen was available. I have (had) a chance to exchange Illuminations for FEA. WWYD? Normally I'd go for the ride but on the 4th IDK how crazy it will be for Illuminations. We have 2 girls in our party that love Frozen but I could standby or rope drop it another time (we will be there for over 10 nights). Thanks!

I have the fastpass for Illuminations on the same night. I'm keeping it for the reason that I don't have to stress and worry about getting a good spot about 3 hours before the show (like I did in 2011). I haven't been there for the 4th of July since then, so things might have changed. If you are going to be there other days, I would suggest getting the FEA fastpass or rope drop for that day and keep your Illuminations fastpass for the 4th of July. You can even possibly rope drop FEA on the 4th of July if you were planning to be there the entire day.
