We are very excited about sailing the Med on July26th! This is our 6th Disney Cruise, but we have never done the FE before. So...we would like to join in on the fun this time!

Jill, it is totally up to you if you give a stateroom gift or a personal gift to everyone. This is supposed to be fun, no stress!
And again, it is up to you to deliver your gift. Whenever you feel comfortable with is the time to deliver.

There has always been a meet on the first day. And I guess this cruise will not be an exception.
Guess it will be organized once we get even closer to our sail date.

Get excited and starting to plan out gifts do you guys think we'll split the group? From what I've seen on FB about groups, it seems like we're on the bigger side. And there was a whole thread (a little upsetting!) about people not doing "enough" for the exchange, so I was kind of hoping for smaller groups so we don't have any negative Nellys!

As soon as we hit the 26 group mark we'll split. Otherwise, 25 groups are quite manageable, especially over the time of 12 nights.
At the moment I have 23 groups down (not counting the one who started the thread as the last time they posted anywhere was on April 1, 2013).
A lot of people signed up lately, so it is very possible we might hit the target.

And let me put your mind at ease. You will see the participant who gives "soso" gifts in every group. This is the 14th time we are doing it and we had GREAT gifts in super great groups (our first one was over 50 rooms) and we got colouring pages and dollar store crayons (for two adults) in a small one. It's just the luck of the draw and what others consider a good gift.
