Well given that there are 4 sea days and there are 3 requests in and we've got 2 of them I'd say there was a pretty good chance we've got two of the 4 brunches available

Well I never will beat you, anyway if our £ did stay the same the 2010 cruise will now cost me 25% more than a few months back, but when the folks in the good old USA vote in the wrong person, next week, the money will come back out of the $$$$$$$

Who is the wrong person? Please, I want to know!!!!

(seriously though, I know politics is probably not what we want on the main board - but I'd love to hear via PM your thoughts on this or the economy - it's hard to get the non-U.S. perspective from here).

- now to think about blinging up something! Sallie, on the EBPC we had a Princess Night - in lieu of the fact that we are traveling so far - and many of us (Except Andrew and Izzie and Celestine and some others) have weight restictions - what about a Bring Your Best Bling-Bling Photo Opportunity? Be they Propeller Hats or whatever - that'll I'll participate in! Might even pick up some semi-precious bling for that one! Imagine the photo opp!

Did Izzi just tell us we were going to end up pregnant on this cruise? Besides the fact that I'll be 49 then, it would be a physical impossibility for that to happen to me!

In all our DCL cruises we have not eaten at Palo for brunch or dinner. Can you only make 1 online reservation for each even for the longer cruises?


Since we are doing a 4 day next summer we are going to see if we can get brunch ressies to try it out.

Yes, 1 for brunch and 1 for dinner online. That's assuming you can even get those! We managed to get dinner for the EB Repo this summer, but had to get on a waiting list for Brunch. We did manage to get it though!

Well, the community board is down near the bottom of all the threads, under "just for fun" but when I just looked at it I was a bit taken aback at the thread titles . . not much Disney stuff there and some pretty unusual topics . . . I felt like I had wandered into some twilite zone parallel Dis-world . . .

Maybe post on the Resort thread and see where the Moderators move it, if they do????

the community board is really for non-Disney stuff. It's the "everything else" sort of board.

Great cruise EB Repo ow give me those sea days!

I would have much rather done the Baltics & then a Repo back to the States no better way to finish then with a stop at Castaway Key!

My son is in Germany right now and I asked his host family the same thing about the election. They said from the news etc most of Germany is hoping one candidate is elected over another by a wide margin. I dont want to say a name to start anything but if anyone wants to know send me a pm.

The biggest problem for the USA is if it is not a wide margin and there is a debate again that could cause a lot of damage.

Ok for those who were not there for the ex-rated coffee. Every night a group of us Dissers gathered for a nice coffee and a chance to carry on these chats but in person and also to eat the mountains of cheese and biscuits that Paul and I bought with us from dinner. Anyway on the last night (I think) a young man and an older woman decided that as they had seperate staterooms, which they were sharing with OTHER people, they woud just get down to business right in front of us and never no mind who could see. Even when security come down to "sort them out" they wouldn't stop !!!!! In the end we all just ended up laughing as the entire situation was just really, really comical but I certainly wouln't have wanted my kids watching any of the "action"

Hi Teresa! aboard. Is your son in the service or studying abroad? I was on the WB TransAtlantic - so we might have seen each other in passing. I can usually spot a familiar face but the names they are lost on me.

I've got about 15 minutes and I'm not totally dressed.

We are having a mini-heat wave. Temps are around 95 so I'm in shorts and tank top but THIS is "not appropriate" clothing for a lady in her early 40's especially around our school rival match.

Don't want to give them more ammo.

As far as I know, on the Westbound TA cruise last year, it was just me and Laura (eeyorelvr) -- and you! Most in this group did the 11 night Med cruise last summer, and some did the eastbound PC cruise a few months ago.
