Wholly Molly, as I try to read the threads I get further behind, I just can't keep up.

Anyway, We are Kouris Family, traveling with Hawaiian Mickey and Tiny Bubbles, however, Tiny Bubbles won't check in until a month or two before the cruise, she has even less time than me.
We are on floor 7 Cat. 11, hoping to be moved up to Cat. 10, We only care about the split bath, we don't need a window, very low maintenance. Besides I read someone said something about the time for sun and it seems as though there is only 5 or so hours of darkness, the inside cabin is looking even better.

So we have 4, Kay, Mark, Christian 9 and Hannah 6, we will be celebrating our 15th Anniversary on this cruise. Very much looking forward to this cruise.
This will be our 3rd Disney cruise. Med 7-7-07, Mexico 6-29-08.

Thanks for posting the poll for us, although it does say you can only vote 1 time.

Ok, I think you're right, I thought I set it for multiple votes but it's not working, so just vote once. Thx, Barb.

:welcome: Kay & Family!

That is a major reason that DH and family voted on stayin with cat 10's. Seems the boys have the Lazy bug and love to sleep while the girls are always up and at 'em. So for this cruise - I don't have a problem - for once! I have a hard enough time going to sleep and once the sun comes u! Forget it - I'm done. So in a word? We're with you on this one. :thumbsup2

Once again - :welcome: aboard. You'll learn to :lovestruc us. We are a very friendly and chatty group. However, be warned, Sallie has a thing for propeller hats and Mike has a thing for BLING. And we are not talking little bling - we are talking - BAM BLING! :lmao: :wave2: Mike!

Hey Barb? Was it you that did the Baltic region in July? I was wondering, when you went to St. Petersburg? EXACTLY how strict were you searched? A couple of people on the 7/6 cruise are wondering what will happen if a coin or two gets stuck in the shoes or at the bottom of a purse. Seems quite a few people collect foreign coins. :rolleyes1 :rolleyes1 :rolleyes1

Thanks for any help - or anyone else who has been there. Thanks!

I'm suffering today. I pulled a back muscle putting a cup in the dishwasher yesterday....it reaally, really hurts when I move and as for putting on my knickers.....well don't even go there !!!!!

Hello Everyone! WOW... I can't believe there are 60+ pages on this thread already. It's great to know so many are as excited about this cruise as we are! This is our dream cruise and we can't wait! :cloud9:

I went through that a couple of weeks ago (sans the knickers). Took a week and a half, but it did heal at last.

Hang in there...

C & G stands for City and Guilds which is not degree level (though it sometimes feels like it) I started the course to purely improve my travel photography. It kind of snowballed and before I could stop myself, I was on stage 2 which involved film cameras, developing and darkroom etc... I have been able to move away from auto mode on the camera, which was part of the reason for starting the course.

Hope you enjoyed the snaps.

Wow- those pictures are gorgeous- the colors are so vibrant! I have a nikon G50- too bad I dont know what to do with all those other settings! Mine stays on auto- I need time to learn...I need TIME!!!!!!

Sallie,
Can we move the date the the following Sunday, July 26th??? That was the date we are all planning to meet Helen & Dave in the city?

Yes Yes- the date is changed!! I want to meet Dave and Helen too- and there is outside chance we will be in England!!
If travelers like Jo are coming up on the 18th- I think the following week will be too close for more traveling for them- you all let me know the best month - It does not have to be in the summer- it can be anytime!

We didn't get the call. Probably because we stay in DVC resorts, not their regular hotels. Sounds great, though, especially with 2 free passes!!!
ahhhh- Im sure you could join us if you are arent doing anything!!
Mike,

Probably missed out on the Palo brunch as we were out all day yesterday. If anyone wants to start another brunch, we're in.

The Phelans are in too!

Izzi, glad at least your mom and sis found dresses after all that. Whew! Although I could think of worse things. Hmmm... shopping around London...
:cool1::cool1::cool1:

Yes, that was me that went in July.

That is way too funny about being searched for coins. :lmao: :rotfl:
The whole money situation is not as strict as people make it out to be. There are a few large banks here that do sell rubles, so it is possible to get some before arriving in the city. I think we brought home some coins, I'll have to ask DD when she gets home from school. We had some ruble notes leftover and gave them to our driver as his tip since it was just about the equivelant of what we were giving him in US$.

Actually the Russian banks are more strict about accepting US$ bills. It was in our guidelines sent by the tour company that we were to bring clean, crisp bills that did not have any writing on them or rips and tears. I made sure when I went to the bank at home to get very crisp bills and when I told the bank teller why she said she's heard that many times.

That realy stinks, and to make it worse you hurt it doing housework and not something fun.
Take meds and don't move too quickly. :grouphug: Have lots of tea and biscuits it may not make the pain go away, but it won't hurt you either. :coffee: :mickeybar

Since there weren't any tea and biscuit smilies I have to send you coffee and Mickey bar smilies.

Thanks for the sympathy but take meds and don't move too quickly is quite a joke   as I'm at work, got here about 7:30am and will be here late again so I can't take any pills as they make me go to sleep. The moving too quick bit is an impossibility but once I get going I'm all right.
