I found her website, hope it works:
http://www.anastasiaworld.com/enghtml/index.html

What was really good was that she was able to give us student pricing for all the kids/students in our group and there were 6 of them from age 14-20. That saved each family about $40. or so per student.

Our guide paid for our photo/video passes in the museums and we just paid her back at the end of the tour. She also paid for our lunch the first day in rubles until we could get to an atm to get rubles ourself.

No deposit was required and we paid in US$ the morning of the 2nd day. One family chose to pay with a credit card and there was a small surcharge, about 2% or 3%. We tipped our guide in US$ and the driver in our leftover rubles.
Thx for sharing this..........we need to start a links page on page one of this thread!

Ok all, I've setup post #5 on the 1st page of this thread as a central repository of all things that any of us may find useful in our future planning.

I've been through everything posted so far and got the links that Barb and Joanne had posted. If you come across anything else that you think should go in there just PM me and let me know. I will try and keep it up to date by reading all that is posted but I know what a prolific lot you are and I don't want to miss anything

Thx Iz!!

Translation please?!? :confused3

Ok, Barb, I'll warn you now about the "Brit Chat".......it's confusing and difficult to understand, but they think they're really funny.......so, we'll work with what we got and hopefully survive it.............:goodvibes :rotfl:

Also, so far we like the viking ship but we're considering changing our logo........I'll tap into Tara again as she is majoring in Copywriting, which means she should be able to come up with a few good phrases for us that are not already being used.............

Where the heck is Julie???

Has anybody heard what the required deposit will be for this cruise? When we rebooked onboard, they were running the half-price deposit sppecial, so we only put down $125. I would assume that we'd have to pay any difference in deposit to keep our reservation.
