It comes from a good friend of mine who is a DIS'r also. (Tigger&Belle) It was actually her tag first. She gave it to me as a gift after me lusting over it for awhile! It was a high point in my life when I actually got to ride in The Braille Van!
Here is the explanation in her words!

It was just another of my blonde moments. I was driving my then new van and I have the steering wheel volumne controls for the radio, etc. On those controls there are lines, dots, etc. My initial thought was that lines and dots were braille. After driving for a couple minutes it dawned on me what a stupid thought that had been.

But the thing that cracked me up just as much was that several people that I told it to didn't get why it wouldn't be braille and I had to explain it to them, so at least I do know that some people are ditzier than I am! My blind neighbor thinks I'm totally crazy.

Our weekend plans are: DS is coming home from college to get his halloween costume for a big party next week (he is dressing up as Dr Horrible), I am going to a foreign exchange student halloween party Saturday night (bff is a whooha and I volunteer with the group also) and on Sunday there is a costume party and fundraiser for Dachshund Rescue. AND YES MY SWEET DARLIN BABY GIRL HAS A COSTUME I adopted a longhaired miniature chocolate dapple with blue eyes. She will be a witch- we shall see if she will walk with the costume on or just flip and lay on the floor.

DS is calling from Germany today so that will be fun.

Why is it that I can TOTALLY see that happening?

We have 2 Siberian Husky females. One Black and White and a "Colorless" one AKA as white. The Colorless one is our meek one although she is the bigger of the two. When Christmas comes around - she runs and hides probably due to the fact that the green moose antler headband comes out and looks amazing on her!

I know - we are wicked to our babies aren't we? The Black and White one - Isis is our diva and she only looks good in her tiara and glasses.

As you've seen it all done before and "Fearless Leader" seems an appropriate title.....are you volunteering to fill the role ???

Mike - in the Army we learned NEVER to suggest anything unless you wanted to take it up! NEVER VOLUNTEER - especially around here when so many are so willing to volunteer you!
