Andrew,
I'm curious whether you would recommend a quaint/interesting place to spend the night between London and Dover the night before the cruise departs? We get into Heathrow the Sat morning before the cruise after flying all night from NY. I'm a little concerned that the family will be too tired to make much of 1 night in London. (We have a couple there on the back end).
I have been pondering making our way towards Dover as soon as we arrive and getting most of the travel out of the way. However, there doesn't appear to be too much in the way of accommodations in Dover. Any thoughts?
Rob
(P.S., speaking for this lurker - Glad you're back!)

Ah, our old' Doctor' sadly missed....
Doctor Robert was offering me 'men tablets' last night, (and suggesting other stuff to get a high), now professional advice and even tissues, next an online pharmacy is coming, to 'support' the cost of Baltic!!!

Does anyone know of a good place to have afternoon tea in London? Preferably near the Westminster Bridge Hotel. I would love to take wife to one.
