Guess we'll have to see how that plays out together in Warnemunde. :rotfl2: :drinking1 :rotfl: :lmao:
DD is looking forward to going there and being able to drink legally. Yeah right.....the last time we let her try the beer and the look on her face was priceless :scared1: too bad I didn't have a pic of the look. She said she's willing to try beer there again, but not the same one as last time. Too bad none of us remember which one she hated so much. :confused3

My DS16 might try some beer...I doubt he will drink the whole thing, but I'm guessing he will try one just to say he did:laughing:

I told Alana yesterday about how she'd be legal to drink in Germany. She was ecstatic  and wanted to know if we would let her. I told her we'd probably let her try somethng, but that my guess would be she wouldn't like it. She didn't care, she just wants to 'be able to tell all my friends that she drank legally.' :sad2:

So are you trying to remember which one she hated so you can make sure that she gets that one again and really cement the opinion that beer is bad? :rotfl::rotfl2:

That is the exact reason we want to remember. :thumbsup2
She also likes hte idea of being able to order something herself legally to tell her friends she was able to.

Now I have to figure out what other country is legal for the 16yo's to order beer and wine.

This coming from the girl who thinks communion wine is nasty, unlike her sister who finds it quite tasty. :sad2:
Alana wanted to know what other countries she could legally drink in. I think we might have to keep these 2 girls apart in some ports!

If planning to stay at DLP, May I recommend the DISNEYS HOTEL NEW YORK, stayed there twice, very nice, note french hotel room are smaller than USA.

Thanks - going to dig out what we had last time before we had to cancel the first around of Med cruises since Kara's passport didn't come in time

I did all that in college. I prefer sober now...or at least only a little tipsy:rolleyes1

It's a good feeling:banana:

I have most things booked or planned. Not sure what to do about dinner in London on the night before the cruise. We need to be near the Tower of London (thanks to Celestine;)), anybody else have plans for dinner near the Tower of London on 7/17? Reservations needed I assume??

There's only 1 other country where it's legal for 16yo's to drink beer/wine, I'll have to look up the website again.
Fortunately for us, the only beer she can even say she sort of likes the taste is Carl's Porter and can't be bought over here. Now she does like Banfi Rosa Regale (expensive taste) and the really cheap fruity flavored wines. Otherwise she wants nothing to do with alcohol, except for the rum cakes.
