So google maps' driving directions are accurate for the UK, in your experience? Of course I'm not driving in London, but will likely pick up a car rental in Oxford later in the trip to drive to a few more places.

AA is great, I use Google maps.

Julie what colleges are you going to look at with your DD? That sounds like a fun trip to be taking this summer.

So are you saying that although AA is great, you prefer to use less accurate maps to make the driving experience more fun?:lmao: Or do you think Google maps are better? I like to have the step by step thing -- take the A420 to the A34 toward Newbury, etc., etc.

Only ones set in stone so far are Oxford and UCL . . . she is in the process of getting together a final list to show her college guidance person in a meeting tomorrow . . .

AA RAC and Google are all fine, I only use them for the final street address to locate a place, as from getting form A to B I tend not to need maps as I have a good sence of direction.

Google is fine and easier to use than online AA.

We are backkkkkk from the nice warm sunny and rain to our cold and snow furries

had a great time - the crowds were picking up about mid week - thank heavens for fast passes

even scored an earlier flight home - had to go back to the airport Sun to get luggage but it was well worth getting home 3 hours earlier

:)

Then maybe I should take you along as my navigator;) You can get paid for your time and effort in Cadbury Flake bars:rotfl:

Sounds like a great trip:thumbsup2

Hey All! Hope everybody is doing well. Sounds like some fun and exciting trips coming up.

I started my final rotation today. It's my institutional hospital pharmacy. It doesn't seem like it's going to be too bad (some of my friends had horrible experiences at other hospitals), but I'll still be glad when the next 5 weeks are over. Then a quick trip to squeeze in a few days at WDW and then graduation. The light at the end of the tunnel is shining a little bit brighter.

Best of Luck, Mike!!!!!!!

Marla, glad you had a great time!!!

Your good news really puts the passage of time in perspective, Mike -- it doesn't seem like that long ago that we were posting on the PC repo thread and you were just starting what seemed like a long and endless process! Kudos for being so close to accomplishing your goals:thumbsup2:thumbsup2:thumbsup2

Mike, how exciting to be coming to the end and seeing the light become brighter at the end of the tunnel.

Marla, sounds like you had fun.

Julie I think you need to hire the Cadbury Flake navigator, sounds like a good one to have.

As much as I like chocolate, especially English chocolate, I can't stand Flake bars. I've tried them several times in a couple of countries and a couple of flavors and do not like them at all. :scared:
