I was hoping for a Baltimore DIS meet this summer

Figure out when you want to have one and see how many of us can make it.

We are about 45 minutes south of there. We've been there a few times, it's beautiful!

You live way too close to the winery. I think I would have to live on the property, but that could be dangerous for me.

The entire point is for anyone anywhere to try to do a meet -- and at every one, there will be people who can't make it . . . but this is our thread and the way to post when we are having them! I think it's far worse to do a "secret" meet without telling everyone -- it's like we are cheating on the thread

I live about an hour from Disneyland in case anyone is coming this way!!!

I'm an EC'er, but Linda and I won't be able to make the meet either. I do know how you feel when I read about the WC'ers having a meet at Disneyland of all places!!!

Well the good news is that we're already done one week of February! The weather is pretty good around here (relatively speaking.) We're supposed to hit 50 degrees today! I just saw some footage of Big Ben with snow coming down and it was beautiful!

I have made no plans for today but tonight.....................thx to Laura................we're seeing Dancing with the Stars in a table seat. She had mentioned seeing it in Vegas a few weeks ago so we got tix!!!

I was just watching PBS and it was a Rick Steves show on Copenhagen. It looks so much prettier on a very sunny day, we were there on an overcast day.
I went to his website and it turns out he has a monthly e-newsletter you can subscribe to and free publications that will be mailed to you. www.ricksteves.com

Home run yesterday was fine. Haven't done anything really today, a well earnt rest day. Josh had a friend over for most of the day but they were nice and quiet, weather was clear and quite sunny so some of the ice/snow has gone but the pavements and unused roads are still a bit dicey.

Glad you and your family all go home safely Izzie. Snow just isn't pretty any more once it starts turning into slush and ice. Hpe you start to warm up so the ugly stuff melts quickly!!
