If you have any ideas I would love to hear them! We have never been to Germany before. I have booked ABD's for there and have compared what we have planned to what Disney does. My son wants to travel to places in addition to what ABD covers. Have you traveled there before, and if so what suggestions do you have?

![]()
Wow, you do have great neighbors![]()
Glad no one was hurt.
ooooh, sorry to hear this Caro![]()
Thanks![]()
Take it easy and slowSlow, small movements to keep the muscles from stiffening up.
Yes, it definitely sounds like a pinched nerve![]()
Hang in there![]()
Glad you're feeling better

I've heard the same thing. Your body responds to the pain and can slow the healing. I have also heard of people developing an addiction to the pain pills prescribed for back pain so I understand Andrew's concern as well. The solution I guess is a compromise -to take them when you really need them, but taper off as you start to feel better. I think if you're careful Andrew you won't need to worry about dependency![]()
When I needed them in the past I just made sure to take smallest amount needed to function comfortably![]()

Took our new dog, Kayla to clicker dog training last night for the first time. She was so excited as the bad weather has made it hard to go out like we usually do.
For those not familar with it, clicker training is how they train animals (dogs, dolphins, horses, etc) by marking a desired behavior with a clicker and then a treat. It makes it easier for the animal to learn good behavior. So far she is doing great![]()
Gotta go...
I have work to catch up on today![]()
Hopefully I'll drop by later![]()
Have a good Friday everyone![]()
Wow, she told you.![]()

Yuk day with the back, took the pain killers at 10am and went a bit fuzzy after that, best described like jet lag after the flight home form USA,
![]()
So stopped them and taken my medicine! On a nice glass or two of Wine!!!![]()
So if I keep having some, there might be some interesting posts later![]()
Just be careful mixing the drugs and the wine if there's any chance they haven't all cleared your system . . . looking forward to your later posts, though![]()
Dont worry,Last pankillers was this morning, and I am only on my second glass, ''hic''.
Its Friday you know.
My UK friends will know this but our shop 'Marks and Spencer' has been having a good meal deal every other week, called 'dine in for 2' for £10.
You get a main course, a side dish, a dessert, ( all for at least 2 some can feed 3/4) and a bottle of wine. Its actually a good marketing idea. Main courses from a whole chicken, sides, salads, or vegetables, desserts, I had a Panna Cotta, but can include Cheese, or Chocolates.
I have been buy in up two sets over the last weeks, IE £20 for 4, and whilst having the food, I have built up my own wine package, as we haven't been drinking that and the kids of course do not have it, but have the food.
The wine has a good sellection, and is quality stuff, So cracked one open.![]()
