Thanks,

The only thing they prescribed was painkillers, I do not like taking them unless I have to, I know its silly, but don't like to rely on it. But did take them this morning as it was a bit bad....
Rum Runners work almost as well!:thumbsup2 :drinking1

Take them if you need them. It is so much harder living with the pain. I am the same way I tend to stop taking them before I should, but it's no use being miserable. You'll just cranky and we can't have cranky here!!!;)

Andrew, you are falling apart!!!!!!!!!!:sad2: take care of yourself!!!:grouphug:

Fingers crossed -- we have had a very cold and fairly snowy winter so far and it can still be snowy into mid-March, but it is less likely as we head to the end of Feb certainly . . .
Just rest -- good news about your job, too:goodvibes
Feels like that some time.

The highest I saw it here today was 26. No chance of ice melting.:sad1:

Maybe tomorrow will be better as we have tickets to the Ballet.:thumbsup2 :cheer2:

Hope your back feels better Andrew. I had a herniated disk operated on about 11 years ago and haven't had any pain since. DD said one of her fellow teachers was taken out of school on a stretcher this AM. He was scheduled for a back operation in 2 weeks, but lost feeling in his leg this morning and his leg went out from under him. He couldn't get up so they rushed him to the hospital. He's being operated on tomorrow. She and a few other teachers will be covering his classes for about 8-12 weeks. Yikes, and that was before the emergency operation.

So take care of yourself Andrew.

Hope you are feeling better Caro.

AND I MISSED YOU JOANN. :flower3:

Thx Maryann.......what a terrible story......I've never heard of that........and what about the coverage situation, sounds to me, like an unemployed young teacher should get a temporary position!:flower3: :scared:

As my ortho has told me, you need to take the painkillers so your body can heal properly. If you don't take them you body is trying to fight the pain. I don't like to take them either, but sometime you gotta do it.

Well, this time tomorrow night, I'll be landing in Miami. I'll try to bring back some warm weather for everyone to melt the ice!:cool1:
