Robert, Barb, question to you both do you collect the actual hand drawn cel or the computer print ones ??

Izzi begging worked for you. :yay: :woohoo:

Those are both very cute Robert.

Thanx, they are not my favorites I just found images of them on my PC.

Though I bought the Thumper & his gal for my wife!

My favorites are Mickey & my song of the south cells!

You know what I have problems with is all the prints from the cruises I currently have 3 framed that I have to hang I also bought the Glicee from the EB Panama cruise and have to hang that as well!:headache:

We have hand inked/painted limited editions; originals cels from movies, cartoons and promo ads; hand painted limited editions; and some of the older limited edition sericels which are done with a silk screening process. We don't have anything from the newer movies that are computer generated.
We also have several hand drawn comic strips along with other various types of Disney artwork - mostly limited edition items.

I saw those at the Poly he had a Gallery there the last time I stayed!:thumbsup2

I actually bought mine at his gallery in Las Vegas right after it first came out and I only saw a small picture of it. I had no clue how big it was until this huge crate showed up at my house. It is now a sold out piece.

Mostly hand drawn cells or drawings.

I have some Penguins from Mary Poppins, King Louie & Mowgli from jungle book, Tink, The Indian Chief from Peter Pan, I also have the clown car from Dumbo, Peter, All the Hunters from Peter & the Wolf, Brer Bear/fox/rabbit from song of the south, Casey at Bat, Willy the operatic Whale, A bunch of Simpson, Sponge Bob, Batman, Superman cells & original backgrounds oh yeah Jinx the cat & those Miserable Mices & Quick Draw Mcgraw & other assorted stuff!

I also have an original Pinnochia & Jiminy Criket Maquette.

My collecting has really slowed down unless I really see something I like as I am running out of places to put them. :dance3:

A little too wonderful and too much, one of the reasons we moved to a larger house - more wall space. :scared1:
I have 7 pieces sitting in boxes that we need to find space for. :sad2: But it sounds like Robert knows what that is like. :scared:

Plus I have bears all over since I collect Steiff and Merrythought. Sadly...the Merrythought that we know and love is gone :sad1: .

I'd love to collect the art pieces but we've got little wall space as we live in a new built house (well 15 years old) and the downstairs is nearly all open plan which means very few walls. We've gone for statues and free standing bits or as my youngest would say "sculptures"  Another thing which dampens my passion is money as this stuff seems to cost a fortune and Paul stands there shakeing his head:sad2: :sad2: :sad2: :sad2:

If Paul liked it he would not shake his head!;)

If Paul liked it he would not shake his head!;)

Oh yes he would wether he liked it or not ......... he's the one with his feet firmly planted. In fact the really only whimsical thing he's gone for was the life saving ring from the Magic
