OK now your really in trouble! Your going after Izzie's job! You don't have eyes for her title/job do you? ;)

No, I have no desire to take the job from QUEEN CHATTILICIOUS. I was just playing with my DW CARO and our friend Barb.

:rotfl2:

Subscribing - by the way as of 10 pm on Monday night - it was still open but the DIS was superslow.

It has sped up a little. Congrats on having the LAST WORD on the previous post.:woohoo:

Hear that Izzie? He iS NOT - repeat IS NOT going after your job. Don't get mad! :rotfl:

(::yes:: I have a tendancy to use elaborate words.) I do it so that when they ask me - what does that word mean I can tell them to look it up. It works sometimes. Anyways, I mentioned that I started reading "big books" not See Jane Run books in kindergarten. So I mentioned I had to tone it down (my vocabulary) in 5th grade because I was accused of plaguerism by my teacher in 5th grade. For some reason, my teacher did not believe that I wrote a certain paragraph in an assignment. She wanted to know where I stole it from. She held me after school to question me. I cried because she did not believe me. Sor some reason, the girls found this hilarious. TO which I mentioned that it wasn't funny since that "scarred" me for life. I had to curtail my writing and speaking habits so as not to be accused of plaguerism ever again.

How sad is that - a 5th grader scared that the police were coming to pick you up for lying and stealing something you wrote. Here I am went through 5th -6th grade afraid at any moment I was going to be lead away in handcuffs. :lmao: Scared I tell you - :scared1:

:rotfl2:

I have never been accused of that, even when younger. I started reading before Kindergarten and fortunately my DB's & I went to a parochial school (although not a Catholic one) and was equally verbose in speech as in writing (when the teachers could decipher it). I know Doctors who seem to have more legible handwriting than mine.

It was meant as a complement.

In that case :dance3:  I'll take it and since I went back to check - I did get last post - the thread fairy AKA as the Mod came in and closed the thread. :woohoo: Do I get anything for that?

BTW, I wanted to say 27 threads but then realized that with Alan trying to get his count up (;) ) we may hit 32 - has that been taken? If not then 31. Who's keeping score? ;)

I still think there is the possibility that they might not right away and Captain Chattylicious will get it when she wakes up:lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

I missed it by about 15 mins :sad1:

Still now I've got a new one to work with , so off I go.............:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

You don't know that, I might suddenly become "CHATTILICIOUS"

No, I have no desire to take the job from QUEEN CHATTILICIOUS. I was just playing with my DW CARO and our friend Barb.

I was begining to get a little concerned, but did I panic ?? NO I DID NOT I read on and found that he'd confessed of his own volition and all was well

So no ones around and I could talk and talk all day....however I am at work and there are things to do so I'll just pop in and out

As Christmas and Channukah coincide this year does anyone fancy doing a Ballyhooers holiday card exchange ???

A reminder

You PM me your full name and postal address, as do all the other people who want to participate. I then compile a list with all that information and send it out to all the people on the list. You then send a christmas/channukah/holiday card to all the people on the list and you should get one back from all the people on the list.

It's a nice way to bring us all closer together and celebrate the holidays and it also great fun to see the cards coming through the door as they won't all be coming from the same country. :grouphug:  :grouphug:  :grouphug:  :grouphug:

I've been asked by a couple of Ballyhooers to give an exact cutoff date as they wish to order really, really extra special cards to send to us ;) ;) So if you wish to be sociable and holidaylicious please can you PM me your postal details by November 13th 2008 :grouphug:

Some Ballyhooers have told me what holiday they celebrate if I was going to list that information. I don’t think I’m going to for the following reasons.

1. We are all friends and the cards are being sent in the spirit of friendship

2. I am Jewish and I only buy and send Channukah cards to all my friends regardless of their religious belief. At the same time I don’t expect my non Jewish friends to send me anything other than the same Christmas cards they are sending to all their other friends as it’s the friendship and joy we are sharing which is important message here not what picture is on the front of the card.

We now have 14 holidaylicious people who wish to participate in this card exchange....for those of you who haven't yet PM'd me this is a reminder that you only have 2 more days to join in.

OOOHHHH NO go to get posting, got to get posting, got to get posting.....

need some trivia to chat about as I don't have a techno friendly husband to banter with :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

If fact to say Paul was a technophobe would be an understatement.........however he does have many redeeming features :rolleyes1 :rolleyes1 :rolleyes1 like being able to cook a mean English Breakfast :lmao: :lmao:

anybody put up any christmas decorations yet ??

We're a bit schizoid in our house. :rolleyes1 :rolleyes1

As you're aware we are Jewish but I like making the house all pretty and we have family over on Christmas day. So we do have decorations but NO religious type.......in fact they are ALL DISNEY DECORATIONS :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:

We have the Disney hannukah decorations (the wall hangings and lights) which I mainly put in the kitchen, although as I bought some more this year they will probably spill out into the lounge. We also use a Disney menorah.

In the front room I put the christmas tree that we got from the WDW florist in Dec 2006 and then brought back as part of our luggage as it's such a beautiful tree...and it cost a fortune. In the lounge we have a second tree as I bought loads and I mean loads of the Disney storybook tree ornaments which we hang on there. We also use the Disney tree skirt with this tree.

On the banisters we put all seven plush dwarfs who are all dressed up in their blue and silver hannukah clothes and Mickey and his mates dressed in the christmas red and green clothes.

Hey who said it all had to make sense :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:
