We are already going to Animal Kingdom May 26 and they added an EMH. How crowded is a 7:00 am EMH?

That EMH hour should be fairly low crowds. 7:00 is way too early for most people on vacation. If you're thinking of doing FOP, you'll still probably want to be there around 6:30 or so.
