6x9 planning sheets?

I found a book I want to use to make a planner, but it's 6x9. Is there a simple way to get the planning pages to that size? I figured out how to change the autograph cards, but I am stuck with the planning sheets.

Does anyone have any that are 6x9? I have saved 5x7 and 8x11 1/2 from several Disigners.

Edited to add: it's not 6x9 actually. The paper is 5 1/4 x 8 3/4. The cover is 6x9.
