68 VGF points for rent @ $14/pt

Update 4/22: 68 points remaining for rent at Villas at Grand Floridian @ $14/pt. Can be used for booking reservations for arrival after September 1, 2014 through checkout August 31, 2015. I can book at VGF 11 months in advance (Currently March 1, 2015) and all other DVC resorts 7 month in advance(Currently Nov 1, 2014).

If you are interested, please send a PM and/or email. atzlan32@gmail.com. Include check-in/out dates, preferred resorts and room types (studio, 1 bedroom; list 1st, 2nd, 3rd preference).

I provide a rental agreement with terms of 50% paid by 10 days after receiving reservation number and confirmation (usually received within the hour of making reservation) and final 50% due 90 days before check-in.

Will help with Disney Dinning Plan and Disney Magical Express.

Once I check availability, I will contact you back to get the information for the reservation.

I would like to try a split stay. I know your points are only for VGF so I am hoping you would be able to help me with those accommodations. I don't know how hard it would be to get a 2 bedroom lake view at BLT at 7 months out so I am hoping to find someone with enough points with BLT as their home resort. Thanks.
