Studios are not available in the Epcot area, but 1BR are. There is currently a Standard 1BR which is a terrific value at 60 points. Otherwise there is boardwalk view 1BR or BCV for 74 points and Riviera 1BR standard 86 or preferred 106.

A studio is available at the following resorts:
- SSR standard 28 points, or preferred 34
- Kidani Standard 32 or Savannah 38
- BLT lake 42
- OKW 28
- Poly standard 46 or lake 54
- Boulder Ridge 34
