I'm planning an extended family trip for 10 people in December, and last night I had a trip planning nightmare!
It was arrival day, but there were about 30 relatives, not just 10. We were having dinner in an nondescript resort TS restaurant, and when it was time to pay, everyone wanted to pay the bill to demonstrate their generosity.
I was trying to explain that we had already purchased the dining plan, but they refused to listen, so we paid for dinner about 5 times over.
Then my cousin's wife walked in and announced that she bought Memory Maker for each of us! (That would cost $5070.)
Just before I woke up, I realized that we had missed our Ohana reservation, and we were out another $300.
