60th Celebration Events during Holidays?

We are considering a trip to DL sometime this Fall. I really want to see the parade and fireworks for the 60th anniversary, but if we go during Halloween or Christmas I can only guess that we will miss out. We were there in 2005 & 2010 (and several times in-between & since then) and i kinda want to make it a tradition that we are there for their celebrations every 5 years, but I'm worried a fall trip will leave us without the special anniversary events. (we've been 2x during Christmas & 2x during Halloween, albeit Halloween was many years ago).

TIA (and sorry if this has been asked before....I couldn't find anything on my quick search).

We are going Nov. 21-26 and hoping to see all of the 60th stuff too as well as catch holiday events. There is a large holiday thread on here that was started that has a lot of the details as they are coming out.

Our trip would more than likely be mid-November. I briefly looked through the Superthread for Christmas but didn't see it...but it is a massive post so I may have missed mention.
