Hey Michelle - I go to a ladies only gym and they have private showers there too. We don't get many naked ladies, but on Friday there was one lady and I thought of you
My body is in no shape to be walking around naked at home let alone the gym
Keep it up with the stair climber machine. I started doing 15 minutes at the lowest setting and am up to 40 minutes now. It definitely does give your heart a good workout and it's working that area that I need most (buns & thighs) I alternate between that and the elliptical machine to keep my workouts new.
Sorry about you not losing, but like you said, it's probably because of the exercising. Losing the inches is telling you that your still doing something right. I need to measure myself on Tuesday and I know I've lost something in the way of inches. Keep up the great work darling. The fact that your going to the gym is great and pretty soon we'll be posing for our new hot DIS calendar
