Hi Michelle,

Great job with the walk/running. I just can't do it. My knees are shot. Also, they just don't make sports bras that supportive.

Keep up the great work Michelle. you'll know when you are where you want to be weight wise. Trust yourself.

Have a great weekend,
Beth

:Pinkbounc BRING ON THE BIG, BAD GYM! IF MICHELLE IS GONNA DO IT, SO AM I! JANUARY 17TH IS THE DAY! :Pinkbounc

Had to laugh when I read you're only 5'5" (no offense) :earboy2: ; I was guessing you were my height (5'8") from your gorgeous "in the suit" photo. Those heels made you look tall! I agree with everyone else--you'll feel comfortable in your body and know where you should be. I'm thinking if I'm 155 and solid--the jiggly thighs are gone as a result of B.B.Gym workouts--I'll be happy.

Here's a SBeach question for you: are you supposed to limit your nut consumption to one serving a day?

Michelle, thank you for telling me about the calendar and Phil. 4:13. It touched my heart and made me smile. I wish I could get my hands on a copy of that calendar. Maybe at our Christian bookstore?

Have a terrific Friday, Michelle--
Erin

Hi Michelle!
Thanks for the kind words in my journal.

I signed up for the NBC, but there isn't a Bally's where I live so I guess that part is useless (LOL!)

I hope that soon I can join you in the jogging. Decided to start off by walking. My goal is to walk/jog the 2006 half marathon at DISNEY! (Since I wimped out of this year LOL!)

See you!

Hi Michelle

That is exactly how I started running-- little starts and stops during my walk. You made a whole street interval-- WAY TO GO!!!!

AND your taking advantage of your Bally's free membership. WOW :earseek: You rock!

Hey Michelle - Glad to hear you have a great day. I love seeing those sunny days on you :D Congratulations on your 6 month anniversary! It's amazing how quickly the time has gone by.

Great job on losing another pound. Only 4 more pounds and you'll be claiming that new clippie. Keep up the good work and you'll be there in no time. Just keep thinking how we're going to look together when I post our picture on here:earboy2: Doesn't that make you feel so good when your clothes are way too big you can't even wear them anymore?! :cool1: :cool1:

Happy 6th month Anniversary! You're doing great!! :cheer2: Congrats on the weight loss this week!

Maybe I'll do the marathon too next year!!

Hey princess: Michelle!
Congratulations on your 6 month WISH anniversary! You should be very proud of your accomplishments, considering that you battle fibromyalgia!
Keep up the good work in 2005. It is great to see another WISH'er doing the jog/walk thing...so far my knees and hips have been ok. So I'm sticking with what works for now.
:sunny: :sunny: :sunny: :sunny: :sunny: heading your way, girlfriend!

Hey Michelle -

Wanted to see how your weigh in went on Saturday? Hope your feeling better and just keep thinking how close that cruise is coming up.

Are you driving your own car to the port?? We're staying at the Comfort Inn at Cocoa Beach and thought we could meet for breakfast somewhere between there and port. We won't have a car though, so it'll have to be within walking distance for us :earboy2: I heard there was a IHOP close to where we're staying, but if you have another other ideas :D

Way to go Michelle! Another pound gone.

CONGRATULATIONS MICHELLE!

Congrats on another pound gone and your 6 month anniversary. you should be very proud of yourself. I am proud of you. I love the fact that you acknowledged things besides pounds and inches lost. That is awesome.

Here's to another 6 months,
Beth

:earseek: Look at all of the exciting things I missed while I was gone!!

:cheer2: Congrats on your 1 pound loss AND on your 6 month anniversary!! :cheer2: By sticking with it, you are making a difference in your health and happiness! Way To Go, Michelle!!!

By the way, 5'5" isn't short to me! I would LOVE to be 5'5". That would make me 3 inches taller!

What did you think of Biggest Loser last night? I figured Ryan would win - his weight loss was amazing. I was surprised his decrease in body fat % wasn't higher. Gary is THIN! Holy Cow! I don't think I know any guys who weigh under 160 pounds!! Kelly looked awesome. She should be so proud of her accomplishment. :)

Hi Michelle,

Sorry to hear about the problems with the phone. I hate it when I can't get my internet.

I agree that Caroline Rea was an odd choice. I think they might have chosen her, so the contestants weren't surrounded by hard bodies. They also were able to say,"I used to be 3 sizes larger, but now Caroline is larger." At least it is my theory.

I hope you have a great day,
Beth
