Hey,Michelle!! It's been a while since I have been able to read your journal and I must say how impressed I am. You have come a long way since I last read your journal. Your meals sound fabulous. They made me hungry just reading about them. Your exercise...wow! You are walking almost 5 miles now. That is so great! I am glad you are sticking with this new, healthier lifestyle. Not just to lose weight, but to be healthier overall. I wish you the best next week. You'll be happy to know that I have only gained 2 pounds since I became pregnant. And since last month I have actually lost a pound. I didn't try to in any way and was really surprised that I had. The doctor laughed at me when I told him I just wished it was that easy to lose weight when you were trying and that I am crossing my fingers for such easy weight loss after the baby is born. Well, I will try to check back in with you a lot sooner next time. Bye for now! :wave2:
