I was wondering if you got through yet..I am at 2:30. I hope I can actually get some reservations I want when I do get through.
Don’t give up, they answered 4:08 into the call. Transferred to a special dept to handle tier 1 partner hotel dining reservations. Seems they could either fix the issue or provide this phone # our directly. I asked for it but they don’t have a #, just a. 3 digit transfer code.
Still waiting on that depth to answer but at least we know what the issue is

Total time to get reservations was 4:52. They were very helpful once I got to the right dept. asked again for a direct # but no luck. Pretty poor business plan to make hotel guests of top tier partner hotels wait that long for a tech glitch between two reservation systems.

They give the Four Seasons and Waldorf benefits equivalent to the Deluxe Resorts that are Disney owned. There’s no arguing that they perceive these 2 properties as high end partnerships. Whether you agree or not is another topic but in any case it is a bad setup to get to a work around that could easily be fixed or give that direct # out for guests at these resorts.

I have somebody trying to help me...she put me on hold, but didn't transfer me to this other department. I will ask if she continues to have issues.
 
I keep getting either something is wrong message or nothing there...but some weird times refuse to pop up...like 2:30pm

Just call the FS directly -- go online to their website for the number
 
I have a split stay, so that was my issue. I was on hold for just over 3 hours and they tied the reservations for me and made my dining reservations.

....Anyone else seem to think the glitches are due to their trying to load Genie + in the background???
I suspect this might be it. If they're pushing Genie code into production ahead of time (without granting guests access yet) it could be screwing with the whole system.

But truthfully, many people here have noticed that ADRs for the entire month of December are basically non-existent, and no one seems to know why.

Mine started showing up about 10 min after the call. The CM gave us the confirmation #s as well when we spoke.

I got the confirmation numbers also and manually added them last night! I am just glad my day spent on hold was worth it.
 
Things are definitely wonky with the reservation system. I managed to snag a Citricos ADR to replace La Hacienda, but when I did the swap I got an email confirming that my Sanaa reservation was cancelled--Sanaa was my original ADR that I replaced with La Hacienda last week. Yikes.
