60 Day Question RE: Delta

Can someone explain why numerous posts are referring to buying tickets within 60 days of a potential strike? I bought mine 2/28 so it is possible I could fall into this category; however, I don't know the benefit!!! TIA, Julie

I believe it is because if you used a credit card to purchase your tickets, you have 60 days to dispute the charge and possibly have your money refunded if Delta doesn't provide the sevice you paid for.
