Hi everyone.

Tomorrow is our 60 day out Fastpass day. We will be at the parks Sun. Oct. 8 to Fri. Oct. 13. My wife and I will be ready to go at 7am Eastern time-though it's the first time we have done this.

Any tips to help us with organization and how to go about it?

We plan on having 2 computers going and will have be marking down our ride/times on a sheet of paper so we know what we have as we go along.

Any other suggestions that have been useful to you would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

If you want to get a FP for FOP at AK (and yes it's a great attraction) then look for one later in your week. Also, we used to plan out which days we would go to a certain park then work out our FP's. Now we see what FP's are available for our must-do's and adjust our days accordingly.

I did my FP in June for our trip next week. FOP booked very quickly... I booked it first & could only get an evening FP. Good luck!

Yes if you want flight of passage then plan for AK to be one of your last days and go for that fast pass first.

Other than flight of passage, nearly every other FP is easy to get and will have full availability at 60 days out

Work from your last day forward, and concentrate on the hardest-to-get FPs first.

We are going 9 nights - FOP I will book first (for our 7th day), then I was thinking Mine Train second (our first night). After those two would you suggest starting at the end of my trip going backwards for the rest?

FEA is probably the only other hard one to get, other than that I expect you will see fairly wide availability across most days. So I don't think order matters much after those three.

We used different computers also. Our strategy was to use post it notes. Write down the day and the FP+ plus you want - one per note. Put the prewritten post its between you. When the time arrives (7:00 am eastern) grab the top note, make the FP+ for your group then grab the next post it. With three of us going this we were able to get all the FP we wanted in 15 minutes.
Good luck and have a wonderful time!

Thanks!

When you say easy to get at 60 Days, does that include the timeframe as well too?

Easiest getting it at 65 or so days. Lately some people have had no luck at 63 days out

We did akl second day. Got right on and for FOP at 930am. Was perfect.

Then went to Epcot for frozen
Back to magic kingdom for 7 d
Then picked 3 rides at HS.

Clockwork. Have fun

I booked my fast passes today. I was on right at 7am and FOP was already gone. Better luck to you.

Sorry to hear that.

How did the other attractions go? Were the times you wanted pretty much available for rides outside of FOP, Frozen or 7 Dwarfs?

Yep, go for FOP first and it should be for your 4th day or later if possible. Then FEA on your Epcot day, then 7DMT on your MK day. Fill in after that.

I'm going in almost the same time frame as you. October 6-11. Made my selections this morning.

I did Animal Kingdom on my 2nd to last day and most times were available for Flight of Passage. I did Epcot for my 2nd day and there were tons of times for Frozen as well.

The other attractions that went the fastest for me were Kilimanjaro Safaris, Kali River Rapids, and Toy Story Mania.

Hope that helps. You should be OK!
