Nope - it's only the 1pm VQ you need to be in the park for

No!! The 1pm they say you need to be in the park for but we had been in the park in the morning and were at lunch at a resort and it still let me join the 1pm queue for Tianna’s Bayou!

I believe the rule is that you must have already tapped into the park to be eligible for the 1:00 queue.
