Hi everyone!

Thanks so much for being patient with me this week!! Ends up all three boys got sick with both bronchitis and ear infections! I had the two older boys at the dr. again yesterday, they are all on antibiotics and seemed to be on the up and up, already. Phew! What a week!! On top of it all, Todd was in NY for the last couple of days so I was on my own and didn't have the time or energy to post, sorry about that!! I'm hoping now that Todd will be home for the weekend, I'll have some time to sneak in an update (or two!!). But things are winding down on my TR, that I hate to finish it up this weekend, too!

On another note, my sister is coming home to visit this week from Hilton Head, I can't wait to see her, it's been a year! She's staying with us for a couple of days and then heading to my parents for the rest of the week. We're hoping to surprise my Mom next week sometime with our September trip! I can't wait to finally let the cat out of the bag and all share the excitement of things!!!

I wanted to wish you all a HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY tomorrow!!! I hope you have a special day with your loved ones.

Thanks for the Beauty and the Beast pics. I thought about seeing that show but wasn't sure if my boys would go for it or not. Sounds like they might enjoy it as well so we will have to pencil it in.** I'm not sure about the playhouse disney show. Cole has become obsessed with a My friends Tigger and Pooh dvd we have so I would love for him to see them if they are in the show but it might not be that great if he can't see them very well. ** Bummer that Ethan wouldn't go up for HSM ( I think my Blakey would've been the same way) but yay for Zack, you got some good pics of him that I'm sure Tracy really enjoys.** Hope you have a great Valentine's day as well, spend some quality time with your sister and we'll be here patiently waiting. I just spent the past HOUR getting caught up...all the way back to Chef Mickey's!!! Love all of the pictures of the Contemporary and Chef Mickey's itself. Love your pictures of the MVMCP...you brought a tear to my eye...it was just so magical. I love reliving our week!!! I wish my MVMCP experience had been as nice as your's. I was thinking, I'd never try it again but, after reading your comments...I might need to...just pick a different night. Your photopass pictures are beautiful...LOVE all the borders you picked. The picture of Todd with Cole on his back and ?Ethan in his arms...eating a Mickey bar...too cute. Love the tshirts!!! You guys were all so coordinated at Animal Kindgdom...did you plan that? You were all wearing neutral colors...which looked great in front of the tree. I could feel your pain at The Coral Reef...but, I love that you and Tracey have that picture of the two of you waiting for Todd and Adam to come pick the two of you up at the hospital...that is incredible! Looking forward to hearing about Fantasmic...I can't remember if we talked about that...we missed it!

Looking forward to hearing about your plans for this fall...are you telling your mom this week??? Can't wait to hear the details and catch up!!!

Hi!! Thanks for joining us!! I know, how did he keep that shirt so clean....that would have NEVER happened at home, it must be just one more thing that is magical at Disney!! LOL! It's so true, kids wear their food well and some husbands do, too (I won't mention any names!!)....lol!!

Hi Tracy!!!Glad you caught up! We had a great weekend with my sister, we just got home from the Science museam in Boston with them and now they are heading to the Cape to see my parents. Hi Leighan!! I've missed you, glad to have you back!!!! Thanks for all the nice compliments, we did end up with a lot of great pictures from this trip I took 550+ on our camera, we had 200+ on photopass and Adam & Tracey took about 300 on their camera! Talk about documentation!!! I don't even know how we are going to put these into an album, I need like 10 of them! Good for you for doing last years trip, I ended up putting mine into an album in hopes to scrapbook them (someday!) but not sure that will ever happen now...sniff, sniff. There is just not enough time in the day........

So when I left off, we were on our way to Backlot Express for a quick bite to eat and some diaper changing. We decided at lunch we would do the Muppet Show , Indiana Jones and then we had our fastpasses to use for TSM.

We really enjoyed the Muppet show, it's always a winner and the kids just laughed and laughed through it all. I still remember the days when the Muppets were on every night after dinner and we would watch them as kids. My kids love them, still wish they were on!!

The 'boys' and I mean all of them (even Todd and Adam!!) insisted we went to see the Indiana Jones show. I feel that if you've seen it once, you've seen it enough. It's well done but it's always the same, right? The boys thought it was really cool and were very excited about it, that's boys for you!

It was FINALLY time for Toy Story Mania!!!!!!!!! We couldn't wait!!! It had been all day since the guys went and got our fastpasses, were wished a Happy Anniversary again and found us in our seats at Beauty and the Beast, it finally was time!! And it didn't disappoint! We really loved this game. I rode with Ethan and Todd rode with Lucas & Cole. I have to say my hand/arms were tired by the time I got off that ride....there was SO much to shoot at and boy did it whip you around! I was glad that Todd had Cole, I don't think I could have done all of that shooting with a baby in my lap! Unfortunately, this is the only picture I have for that ride...sorry! I remember now that Adam was in charge of taking pictures from that ride....reminds me, I need to get that CD with all the pics from him, I'm missing too many!! But this last pic, is a cute one, at least!

By the time we got out of TSM, we had about an hour before our VERY early dinner ressies at Mama Melrose (4:30 p.m.), so we decided to go and do some shopping.....would I finally find that something special I had been looking for all week long? Stay tuned!!

IIt wasn't the magical moment I waited for and hoped to surprise everyone with this week!!!! I was bummed. Between the wait and all the mistakes with Disney, it just wasn't a very magical dinner.

We all had our dessert, told the guys to take the kids out, since we had now been there over 3 hours, it was now after 8pm, we were so disappointed that this was our last night at Epcot and we weren't going to be able to do anything!!! The park was closing at 9 p.m tonight. When Tracey and I were sitting there waiting to settle the check, I decided to say something to the manager about how disappointed we were with everything. This took some encouraging by Tracey, since I'm not one to usually cause an issue. He came over and I broke everything down and he told me for our hassle, he would give us a courtesy Fast Pass to help make up some of our lost time. We thanked him and took 1/2 the cake back with us to Pop for the end of the evening dessert for us adults.

We took a quick trip with Nemo and friends, headed over to Soarin' to take advantage of our Fastpass and then took one more ride on SE before calling it a day......

Up next, our last day! We were off to HS....

I am sorry about your experience at CR. It was actually my favorite of the trip. Three hours with six kids. That is not a good thing. I admire you for being as gracious as you were.

We made our way back towards Mama Melrose, we had a very early dinner planned tonight with tickets for Fantasmic later on, but had some time to do some shopping. Afterall, I was still looking for "it"-- my souvie, to remind me of this magical trip with my family and my BFF.

The guys were going to wait outside while Tracey and I spent some time looking things over and headed into Keystone Clothiers, for whatever reason, I love this store, it's the right size for me and I always find something that I need/want there.

Tracey was on the lookout for a sweatshirt she really liked from the gift shop in the Contemporary the other night, while I decided to size up the jewelry section. As soon as I looked into the case, I found it! Exactly what I had been looking for all week long, a beautiful watch. Not only was it a practical decision for me since my watch had died months before our trip but it was the perfect reminder of this trip for me and something I would wear daily to bring me back to the happy moments we all had together this vacation. I asked to try it on and called Tracey over and we both agreed it was perfect and that I should get it. I asked the CM to hold it for me and I ran outside to tell Todd I found something and asked him to come in to see it. As soon as we did, he told me to get it, if that's what I wanted so I DID! Isn't it pretty and just perfect?!!

They had me pick out a tin box to put it in, here is the one I chose...

I feel like it's classic in style, matches everything, is very subtle in the Disney theming which is what I wanted but a great reminder of a fantastic trip this holiday season! Merry Christmas, Kristen!!

Tracey found her sweatshirt and I picked up a nice silver mens pen for Todd as a little gift to remind him of the trip, too.

Now a VERY happy girl, it was time for dinner at Mama Melrose....we weren't overly excited about this dinner, buffets are tough with little ones, someone is always not sitting down, getting more food for the kids, and by the time you sit to eat, the kids are done! But it was all I could get for ressies for us and it included the Fantasmic show, so we took it.

Dinner went well enough, we finished in time for us to have plenty of time to change the babies and head over to see the Osborne lights. Well, at dinner, I notived my new pretty watch didn't seem right, the glass face of it seemed to be seperating from the silver! Tracey convinced me that if I was that bothered by it, I should go and exchange it so I wasn't worried about it breaking and she was right, so her & I ran back over to Clothiers to do just that.

As we were walking through the door and heading back to the jewelry counter, another woman was trying on my watch, the last one!!! And as I begin to tell the other CM working my story, the other lady buys the last watch, my watch!! I swear, I was about to cry! My CM decides to call Disney Merchandising and see if they can track one down at another store and see what can be done. My CM keeps getting disconnected from Merchandising, keeps calling back, and in the meantime, the guys are outside keeping the kids entertained and Tracey is running back and forth updating everyone.....loooonnnggg story short (about 30-40 minutes!), my CM finally finds the watch at Old Key West gift shop and tells me that they may be able to have the watch brought over for us to POP. I was to check with the manager at Everything Pop when I got "home" and see if it was possible or not.

When we get back outside to the guys and the kids, Zach isn't feeling too hot and tells Tracey he needs to go potty, well, on the way in to the bathroom, has an accident in his pants and we call Adam to go and buy some new sweats for him, there was no way we were going to even try to salvage those pants! Adam goes back to Clothiers and finds some sweats, so I run them into Tracey and Zach. He felt great afterwards and was ready to finish out our night.

It was now getting late and we realize that it's almost time for Fantasmic, we completely missed Ozbourne lights!!!!!!!!! We were so upset but what could we do? We headed to see Fantasmic.....we find some great seats, Cole is fussing now and all of a sudden, I hear him making me a present, so I grab his jammies and head to the bathroom with him. Poor baby had the same thing Zach had and I needed to dispose of his onesie and pants! Thank goodness I had his jammies with me and a fleece snowsuit to bundle him in, it was chilly that night!!!

I got back and really needed to have something to drink so the guys headed up to the snack bar to get something for a snack for the kids and some drinks. They came back with some popcorn for the kids, my diet coke and the show was about to start.

Just as the lights dimmed and the music started, I started to BAWL my eyes out....not sure what the deal was, but I guess the realization that our trip, that we had planned for MONTHS, was over.....

I know, me too, it's very subtle, no one has ever really noticed it, unless I point it out, which is what I like. I'm not a flashy Disney wearing kinda girl, so it was just what I was hoping for.

Updating now....the kids are napping, live365.com is playing some Disney tunes for me....here goes nothing.....
