6 in a 1BR?

We're in ROFR right now and trying to plan. Can I put 6 in a 1BR if 2 are younger ones that sleep in the pack-and-plays? In other words, it's my wife and me, 2 kids, 2 toddlers.

As far as I know the max is 4 plus one child under 3. You can call to be certain.
